Transaction Readiness Assessment
Before payment, signature or any material commitment.
EASE examines the counterparty, signatory authority, goods, documents, settlement arrangements and route, then presents a structured evidence-based conclusion: what has been verified, what remains unknown and which conditions must be met before a decision is taken.
Not a rating. Not an assurance. A traceable basis for decision-making.
Not with a universal company score, but with a specific transaction, payment route or market.
Before payment, signature or any material commitment.
For a proposed cross-border payment route as of a specific date.
EASE shows why a specific route was considered viable as of a specific date.
Assess a payment routeFor specific goods, a specific jurisdiction and a specific route.

Based on the materials reviewed, further consideration is possible only after the stated conditions are met. The client remains responsible for the commercial decision.
Synthetic demonstration example. It does not describe a real company or transaction. The conclusion applies only to the stated scope, sources, version and date. It is not an authorisation, an assurance of performance, or confirmation by a bank or public authority.
Verified information gap — information whose absence, inconsistency or insufficiency affects whether a conclusion can be supported.
Information redundancy — material that does not change the evidence-based conclusion and can be separated from the grounds material to the decision.
EASE ID preserves not only the conclusion, but also its evidence context: sources, as-of date, version, limitations and conditions for revalidation.
A source change must not silently rewrite the history of an earlier decision. A new material circumstance creates a revalidation event and a new result version.
The record shows exactly what had been verified as of the decision date.
Revalidation is required when an event may change the evidential basis of the conclusion.

A source’s new state does not automatically mean that an earlier conclusion was wrong: the record distinguishes the observation date, the history of the change and its relevance to the period under review.
Every result is supported by named professionals, a legally transparent organisation and clearly stated boundaries to the Union’s role.
EASE is not a public authority, bank, payment operator, certification body, audit firm or provider of transaction assurances.
