The Eurasian Union of Exporters takes the view that trust in evidence infrastructure begins not with publishing another party’s information, but with knowing how to protect it.
Because of contractual confidentiality obligations and NDAs with clients and partners, internal requirements of professional ethics, rules for handling sensitive information, the ‘22 Golden Rules’ for service and engagement, PRADM, other applicable internal policies, and relevant international standards and professional practices, EASE does not disclose actual client files, source documents, identifying information, trade secrets or other restricted information in public.
The published example does not describe a specific client, company, individual or actual commercial transaction.
Names, identifiers, amounts, jurisdictions, routes, dates, sequences of events and individual circumstances may be altered, combined or constructed for demonstration purposes.
At the same time, the review structure, the nature of the evidence traceability, the types of contradictions and the depth of analysis are designed to reflect practical cross-border business situations as closely as possible.
